CFUW Saanich Peninsula is committed to enhancing our communities through supporting lifelong learning for members and women, locally and nationally.

Membership is open to all women who support the purposes of CFUW. Membership is not limited to university graduates, as was the case in CFUW’s earlier history. We believe in diversity and encourage women from all walks of life.
Benefits of Membership
You will:
- meet interesting women with a variety of backgrounds and interests
- feed your intellectual curiosity by listening to speakers on a wide variety of topics each month
- expand your interests by joining one of the many Interest groups
- work with like-minded women to promote educational opportunities for women
- support scholarships at high schools in SD #63 and at both the University of Victoria and Camosun College
- share your voice and make a difference in the community through our advocacy work
- participate in local projects and community activities organized by the Club
- be part of an organization that has special consultative status at the United Nations (ECOSOC) and is represented at the Education Committee of the Canadian Commission for UNESCO
Membership Year
The CFUW membership year is from May 1st through to April 30th.
If you join after January 1st, your payment will be applied to the following membership year. You can still participate in all Club activities held between January 1st and April 30th.
